Jasper is a Freshmn at Duke University in highschool he was a multi-sport athlete with experience in track and field and competitive varsity-level basketball. He was ranked #5 in Maryland 4A for high jump and has spent years developing his strength, technique, and overall athletic performance. Along the way, he’s built a strong understanding of strength training principles, biomechanics, and effective conditioning methods through both research and hands-on experience.
Next year, Jasper will attend Duke University to study Mechanical Engineering, where he plans to combine his passion for innovation with hands-on problem-solving.
At Forge Athletics, Jasper applies his understanding of strength training principles, biomechanics, and conditioning to help young athletes improve their performance, build strength, and compete with confidence.
Tytan is a Freshman at Saint Francis University, a D1 level instituition; he is also a four-year varsity track and field athlete. He’s competed at Nike Nationals and specializes in sprint mechanics, explosive power, and athletic conditioning.
Outside of track, Tytan founded Monochrome INTL, a clothing brand focused on high-quality design. He’s also passionate about architecture and enjoys exploring creative design concepts.
At Forge Athletics, Tytan uses his track experience and deep understanding of athletic performance to help young athletes build strength, improve speed, and develop explosive power.
